Health Check

To enable us to provide and assist you with the best possible fitness plan it is necessary to make a health scan. The health scan includes an intake talk, a condition test, a power test and a blood test to measure cholesterol and blood sugar.  

The results of the health scan will give us the necessary information of your condition and health and will enable us to design a training scheme which caters to your specific needs. Your training scheme will continually be modified and will also be revised by your personal trainer every six weeks ensuring you are continually motivated to achieve your personal aim.
