Group fitness lessons in the heart of Amsterdam
At Sento besides the personal fitness programs we offer fun but challenging group fitness lessons, allowing you to enjoying a pleasant variation in training and adding to a better result.
Dynamic yoga – Sundays from 11.00 – 12.15 am
Dynamic yoga is an accessible and comprehensive method of to benefit through yoga positions, breathing and concentration techniques. When practised on a regular basis, you will notice an increase of suppleness, strength, coordination and endurance in your condition. The power of yoga is that everyone can practise at their own level bringing about an awareness of their abilities and whilst respecting these, also exploring new ones.
Running training – Monday’s from 06.00 - 07.15 pm
Under supervision of our personal trainers we give outdoor running training in the area around Sento. During the training we pay specific attention to the techniques of running, strength improvement and the overall condition of endurance. This training is suitable for beginners, semi/conditioned runners.
Small group lessons
During these lessons we concentrate on the fifteen minute stomach muscle workout, stretching and core training (specially aimed at toning the muscles of the trunk area). These lessons are given twice a day.
Club Marnix
For a small additional charge you may take part in the club Marnix group lessons. At club Marnix we offer 27 group lessons a week, for example: 3 Les Mills programs and 2 AuqaBBB lessons.You will find further information and a lesson rota on: www.clubmarnix.nl
